We experienced a server outage at 1AM Monday October 5, 2010, that impacted the Free Video-On-Demand, and broadcasting from our primary site www.trueGOD.tv. Live streaming servers were not affected. Email, ecommerce and the corporate sites and servers where not affected.
We have been experiencing an attack on our servers in recent weeks. And we ask you to pray with us for the attackers’ salvation and deliverance.
During changes in response to the attack the primary dedicated server became unavailable for access, we had to launch a new server in its place. Only 1 day of uploads and video information was lost. But we are still repairing the server and there are some problems on uploads, login and other areas of the site currently. Pray for us as we complete the repairs, and fall UP. We do not believe in falling down, but falling UP. So we are upgrading certain systems, improving our recovery process in case of failure, and adding more technology. We recently completed the launching of a remote secure streaming server for the majority of our content. It protect the archive of videos uploaded, and is the first of a host of similar servers for streaming and mobile content.
