Apps: TV, Phone, Tablet bandwidth:
Streaming packages acquired from trueGOD.tv are specifically for desktop, mobile, game consuls or SmartTV browsers that can access website based content. Live streaming or Video-On-Demand (VOD) streaming that has been embedded in Apps; Android, iOS, Roku, SmartTV apps, Game Device Apps or online applications like Magazines, Vooks, or other specialized closed applications require specialized streaming and is not included in Live! Streaming Hosting based packages.
Because Apps can utilize very large amounts of bandwidth, Apps streaming is billed differently and separately from Live! Streaming Hosting. App streaming is billed based upon 10 cents per Gigabyte of bandwidth. This streaming is billed post use, so it will be invoiced for the amount used each month after services have been rendered. Payment is due immediately. If payment has not been made by the 15th of the month, streaming services for the App will be shut down. Other services may be affected as well. All of trueGOD.tv streaming comes from our global Content Delivery Network, which provides redundant, high speed streaming to apps and browsers.
Combined Views:
Starting January 1, 2015 streaming views for Live and VOD will be combined for services rendered to Live Streaming customers or Channel owners. Beginning January 1st, streaming packages must reflect the usage of the complete services rendered.
Upload Limitations:
On January 1st we will be be limiting uploads to 25 videos per account. Any additional videos will require upgrading to a streaming package. Live! Streaming packages and Channel owners do not have a limit on the number of video uploads. Channels come with 5,000 views per month. Views up and above 5,000 per month must be paid for. Additional views can be purchased.
