Friday at 9am, April 15, 2011 is the start of a new tradition, the HolyWood Christian Film Festival of New York.
trueGOD Television would like to congratulate all of the filmmakers who entered the festival. This is the brainchild of filmmaker Pastor Damele Elliott Collier, and team. And all of their hard work will culminate on Friday and Saturday in Brooklyn, NY. trueGOD Television was asked to be one of the sponsors of this event, and we were honored to be able to help. We hosted the Fan Favorite Award Voting at trueGOD.tv on the HolyWood Channel, created especially for the festival. Check out and support the filmmakers. Links to their websites and studios are on each video. You can vote (but not for this years event) still and show them some love. Post comments about how excited you are for them.
We were also asked to host a workshop on “How to promote your Independent Film”, leveraging our founder’s 30 years in Advertising and Marketing, and 14 years in web development. Sadly because of last minute family issues Franklin Mayfield will not be able to attend. But we have special gifts for the winners of the Festival, to be announced on Saturday. Also maybe, just maybe a video presentation will be presented here at trueGOD.tv instead. We are seeing if we can get it together for Saturday.
